March Jeffords' parents thought that it'd be funny to name him and his fraternal twin brother March and August despite the fact that they were born in April.
                                                                          

Tommy Ronson thought it'd be funny to constantly tease August Jeffords about him never being able to get a girlfriend.
                                                                                

In sophomore year of high school, on April Fool's Day, August took two pink Gender Pills, took a selfie and sent it to everyone saying that the girl was his girlfriend, April. Everyone thought she was hot, but Tommy didn't believe what August claimed.

The following year, the twins were planning on upping the ante, especially since Tommy had drawn marker on August's face when he fell asleep in class.

This time, March would be the one to take the pills and become "April". Then, the two of them would go to Tommy's beach party so everyone could see August with his "girlfriend" in person.
                                                                        

Since March was blonde and didn't wear glasses, "April" was the same, but she was just going to say that she dyed her hair and started wearing contacts. People would be focused on her boobs anyway. August teased his twin about how much better he was at hair, makeup, and style when he had been April. March retorted by saying that her boobs were bigger than his April's were. They bounced heavily with each step she took.
                                                                                

The twins were quite popular at the beach party. When people asked April why she didn't go to their school, she simply said that she was just visiting from another town.
                                                                                

Tommy was certainly interested in hanging out with April. He asked why she was dating a loser like August. Deep down, March was wondering why he was suddenly feeling an attraction toward a loser like Tommy. April's heart raced as Tommy leaned in for a kiss. Before she knew it, they were making out right there on the beach until August dragged April away from the jock.

Back home during dinner March and August's parents watched one of their sons stare daggers at the other son that happened to be a very busty girl at the moment. March thought it was strange that the pills hadn't worn off yet.

The girl formerly known as "March" was outraged. Not only was she still a girl, but her wildly large boobs more than tripled in size overnight. It turns out that August had slipped a few more pink pills into her drink at dinner as one last April Fool's prank. However, the effects of this prank would be quite permanent. August told his new sister that she would be free to date Tommy.
