You know, Thea, I've been in the market for a new secretary, and I think you'd be perfect for the position, if you're interested. It pays well." Abe playfully proposed. Thea was shocked. She had come to the city looking to get into show business, but needed a good job in the meantime. She figured that being a high-powered attorney's secretary could be perfect, and she wouldn't even need to see the rich sleaze-bag she was heading up to see because he claimed to have "connections".

"Yes! I- I mean sure, Mr. Jefferson, I'd love to!" She naively answered, failing to hide her excitement. This was more than enough for Abe to sink his fangs into.
"Great! That's wonderful, but the thing is... my secretaries need to meet certain 'requirements'. I have to know that I can count on them to take care of... anything I might need." He said as he lustfully looked Thea up and down. "You won't regret it, though. Plus, being a secretary will be a huge step up from being a prostitute!" Thea was appalled at Abe's insulting, incorrect assumption. Her hopes were dashed just as quickly as they had formed. This man was no different than any other successful sleaze. However, his heart nearly stopped as he saw who was already waiting inside on her way down.

Thea could not help but burst out laughing at her handiwork. She instantly knew that the absurd creature in ill-fitting clothes that stood trembling before her had once been a cocky lawyer just barely an hour earlier. Blushing, and holding back tears, Abe got in the elevator with the cackling witch, swallowed his pride and began begging her to change him back on their way down to ground level. Thea simply kept laughing until the elevator doors opened and she walked out, heading for the building exit. Abe was going to follow her, but before he could exit the elevator, he looked around at all of the people walking around in the lobby, most of them he saw all the time. It was then that the crushing humiliation set in. Thea's cruel laughter at what Abe had become seemed to have left an incredible feeling of insecurity in him. Though the deal was already made without her, and she was so easily manipulated, Peter didn't have much of a choice in the matter, but she was actually excited to live as the actual Katy Perry. After assuring Peter's parents that they would take excellent care of her, Katy and her entourage ushered Peter into the waiting limo, and off to her new life.
