"Well, if it isn't the big new Cooking Channel star! Come back to visit your humble culinary school beginnings? I didn't know that you would be our special guest instructor today, Reggie."

"Oh, right, that's what I meant. Sorry, I was just distracted because I was remembering again how I warned you about that comet. Anyway, how're things? I heard that you were dating another pro basketball player. Or was it another pro football player? Or was it another rapper? It's hard to keep track. You are SO popular these days. It feels like you and I dated in a whole other life now."
