Kim's Secret

Britney: "Oh heeeeeey, Kim! You look great after having that second baby! What's your secret?"
Kim: "Well, I miiiiight have used one of those new magical treatments to get me back in shape, plus a little... extra. ;) But I don't think you're supposed to do that kind of stuff while you're still breastfeeding..."
